Yuniesky Betancourt hasn’t played any more since I last posted about his ranking among shortstops, but now there are more rankings. Here they are:

Rotowhine: 9th in the American league
The Baltimore Sun’s fantasy blog: 14th best shortstop overall
Lancaster Online (that’s in Pennsylvania): 18th best
The Shaman of Sexy (where, as you’d expect, you can get “news, views and opinions on MMA, pro wrestling and other professional sports”): 183rd best player in baseball
Sporting News: Part of the 6th best infield in the A.L. (ahead of the White Sox, somehow)
Lookout Landing: Part of the 26th best Mariners moment last year, when he followed Jeff Clement around the basepaths. (Watch it here.) They say Yuniesky is “is just a little bit retarded.” How about “a little bit excitable,” guys?
